QSL FROM FEBC RADIO LIANGYOU

I heard FEBC Radio Liangyou (with post address in Hong Kong) in the 25 m-band on 12120 kHz between 13.00 and 13.30 UTC. The programme I heard was in an unknown language, but I heard a clear identification on the hour. The location of the short wave transmitter is in the Philippines. I sent my reception report by e-mail and after 4 weeks I received from Hong Kong a nice QSL card by post.
