Recently I got a QSL-card from Radio Scotland International. He is this winter months regular heard on 6095 kHz after the broadcast of Transport Radio which also broadcast on this frequency from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 11.00 UTC. The contact address is radioscotland(at)hotmail.com.
