 Early September 2013 I heard regular Russian Radio on 6400 kHz. The reception was fair. I sent my reception report to doctortim(at)t-online.de. A mp3 audio file from a broadcast on September 17 is on Russian Radio 6400 kHz 17.09.13 – 20.10 UTC.mp3. In the beginning and at the end of the recording you’ll hear a station identification.
